I'm New!

New to Fellowship Baptist Church?

We invite you to visit Sundays at 11:00 and make yourself at home here at Fellowship Baptist Church.

When you do, you’ll find that we are a friendly church striving to become like the church, as described in the Bible. At Fellowship Baptist Church you can expect to find expository Bible-based preaching from the pulpit. Pastor John generally works through various books of the Bible preaching section by section through a book. Our worship music is a mix of contemporary music and hymns. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, so come as you are. Fellowship feels like an extended family where everybody is welcome. When you visit, you will find people care that you are there.

We look forward to meeting you soon. In the meantime ...

You might be wondering…

How are things different due to the Corona pandemic?

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, things are a little different as we strive to make Fellowship a safe place to worship during these difficult times. We have every other row of seats blocked off for social distancing. We ask that you wear a mask. We have masks and hand sanitizer available in the sanctuary. For a little while, you won't see our whole Fellowship family together in person as many now join us online. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we have paused our children's church and nursery. However, we still encourage families with children to come! We welcome children to join their parents in worship and are understanding of any extra noise or excitement they may make! We have activity bags that you can grab for your children available on the right-hand side as soon as you enter the building.

 Are our services live-streamed?

Yes. You can find us live on our Facebook page at 11:00. Previous messages are available by clicking Video Messages.

Is there a Sunday School or Bible Study time?

Due to the pandemic, we changed our Sunday school to only having one class for all ages (children are welcome to listen and participate or play by their parents' side) that meets in the sanctuary to allow for social distancing.

How do I get there?

We are located to the southwest of Ann Arbor in Saline, Michigan. The church property is south of Michigan Avenue, west of Moon Road at 1045 West Bemis Road, Saline, MI 48176. If you’d like a map, click on the link in the contact section of our home page here.

How does Fellowship Baptist help the community?

We have a variety of events and opportunities throughout the year in which our church family reaches out to our community and neighborhood. We participate in food drives and clean-up days and we partner with other local community organizations. In recent years, we have participated in Saline’s Celtic Festival, and numerous other community events. FBC has also sponsored citywide “Movie in the Park” activities with the Saline Recreation Department, plus community clean-up days and ongoing ministries to some of our Saline area senior adult communities. Our church, especially our children and youth, have enjoyed participating in Operation Christmas Child and sending care packages to soldiers that are deployed.

In addition, we have a missions program that cooperatively reaches around the world supporting thousands of missionaries with education, resources, and, most of all, the good news of the gospel. Our church people have also been very active throughout the years on mission trips to assist with disaster relief after hurricanes and other storms. In addition, members have engaged in evangelism, discipleship, and church planting in the U.S. and around the world in Southeast Asia, China, Thailand, Myanmar, Africa, Canada, and other countries.

What kind of church are you?

Fellowship Baptist Church is an independent, self-supporting, self-governing congregation, which cooperates for missions, evangelism, and resources with the Huron Baptist Association, the Baptist State Convention of Michigan, and the Southern Baptist Convention.
